Flat-rate labor on approved punch list items. The amount of work completed depends on the scope. - Materials billed separately

Yes. Share the relevant report excerpts, requested repair items, photos, and property address. We will review the work and discuss what fits the scope of our services.
Does the $595 package cover every repair?
The package includes a walk-through assessment and up to 4 hours of technician time on approved items. Materials are separate. Larger lists or work outside the agreed scope require separate discussion and pricing.
Can you work toward a listing or closing date?
Include your target dates with the request so we can review availability. Scheduling is confirmed after we understand the scope and access requirements.
Who should approve the work?
Identify the person authorized to approve the scope, materials, and charges. Include the appropriate homeowner or property contact when sharing your request.
Do you also help buyers after move-in?
Yes. Buyers can use our homeowner repair and improvement services for everyday repairs, fixture replacements, and their new-home to-do list.
